Safe delivery isn’t about how, it’s about making sure you and your baby are both okay.
Every birth is different. Some go just as planned. Others take a different turn. What matters most is that you feel safe, supported, and fully cared for, whatever the path.
At Sidapara Sankalp Hospital, we don’t push you toward one type of delivery. We prepare you for both, explain your options, and support the birth that’s safest for you and your baby.

How We Decide Together
We don’t make decisions for you. We make them with you.
Sometimes a vaginal delivery is the best option. Sometimes a C-section is the safest route, for reasons like breech baby, low placenta, previous surgeries, or fetal distress.
Whatever the situation, we talk it through, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel heard before anything moves forward.
Why This Matters
- Takes away a lot of the fear and confusion around birth
- Helps you stay calm and in control, even if things don’t go as planned
- Avoids unnecessary C-sections or last-minute decisions
- Makes recovery smoother, both for your body and your mind
- Builds real trust, in your body, and in the people caring for you
If you’ve had a normal delivery
- You might feel soreness or heaviness in your lower body, that’s expected.
- Bleeding (lochia) will continue for a few weeks, it’s part of the healing.
- If there were stitches, you may feel discomfort while sitting or using the restroom, it eases with time and care.
- Moving around, gentle walks, and hydration help you heal faster.
- Rest when you can (even short naps help), your body’s been through a lot.
If you’ve had a C-section
- There’ll be soreness near your incision for a few days, we’ll help manage pain safely.
- We’ll encourage light movement soon after surgery, it speeds up recovery and reduces complications.
- You’ll need more time before lifting things or driving, and that’s okay.
- We check your stitches regularly and guide you on home care.
Our Recovery Support Includes
- Daily postnatal rounds and healing checks
- Breastfeeding and latching support
- Help with baby’s first bath, feeding, and sleep care
- Emotional health check-ins before discharge
- Guidance on when to reach out after going home
